Initial Consultation

Understanding the Role
We thoroughly analyse each role, identifying key requirements, preferred skills, and essential tools, ensuring a clear understanding of what makes a candidate the perfect fit for your business.
JD and Advertising
We craft or refine job descriptions free of charge. Once approved, we advertise the role across leading job boards and social platforms to attract a diverse pool of top talent.
Vetting and Checking
We rigorously evaluate each applicant, conducting background checks, including police or NBI clearances, and verifying work history with previous employers to ensure suitability.
Remote Work Viability

We assess each candidate’s home office setup, ensuring that their environment and internet speed are conducive to full workday productivity.
Shortlisting Candidates
Shortlisted candidates who meet our standards are presented to clients, complete with resumes, WFH setups, individual pricing, and key details. Clients can then schedule interviews with their top picks.
Client Decision
The final hiring decision lies with the client. Once a candidate is selected, Outdesk formalizes the agreement and from there, it’s a simple month-to-month arrangement covering salaries and costs.
Onboarding and Induction
New hires complete a one-day training to familiarise themselves with Outdesk systems and role requirements. Clients provide a tailored induction plan, outlining milestones for seamless employee integration and development.
Ongoing Support and HR Management
Our HR team conducts monthly check-ins with clients to review staff progress and well-being, ensuring issues are swiftly addressed for a successful placement.
